Helping each other grow and heal in harmony is what makes my heart smile.  The world of mind-body-spirit connection came to me via sports and autoimmune disease.  At the age of 4, I remember my dad buying me my first baseball mitt and I have been playing or coaching some sport most every day since.  The past 25 years, has been a career as a golf professional.  Running a golf course, coaching and training other coaches are all part of a typical day.  Along the way, experiencing the ups and downs of hypothyroid symptoms.  Typical prescriptions helped sometimes but never seem to last long.  This led me on a search for something else and discovering the benefits of the mind-body-spirit connection.  Since 2012,  I've been part of the Energy Codes community 

with Dr. Sue Morter.  I'm excited to share the practices.  Whether wanting to hit a golf ball or manifest our life purpose, energy is moving in and around us all the time.  We are that energy.

Licensed Acupuncturist 

The world of healing unexpectedly found me.  I was an environmental science teacher and stumbled upon the healing arts over 23 years ago. It took me down a road that I never could have imagined, beginning with a massage and Reiki practice. I then did a deep dive into acupuncture and started practicing 14 years ago. The ancient medicine blends some of my favorite parts of life: science, art, and spirit.

For 13 years, I practiced at Lokahi Acupuncture in San Jose. The last two years, I’ve been working at a high tech Wellness Center in Cupertino. I’m now blending different Energy Medicine methodologies into treatments by adding Bio-Energetic Balancing Technique.  I am joining with Colleen to teach classes on  the Energy Codes by Dr. Sue Morter.

Sharing these tools has been my greatest joy and, I truly believe, my calling.  Whether it’s to help with an achy body part or hold space for deep spiritual alignment, I’m here to support you in your journey. Together, we can create energetic resiliency and transformation.
